HTC One S for T-Mobile Review

Here we look at the HTC One S for T-Mobile. This is of the gradient blue version. The MAO (micro arc oxidation) model is still presently unavailable retail due to complaints of chipping. The One S features Qualcomm's Snapdragon 1.5GHz S4 processor, 1GB RAM, qHD Super AMOLED display, 8MP rear camera w/ flash, wi-fi calling, 1650mah battery and 16GB internal storage.

Notes about battery, storage and wifi: The battery is not user replaceable due to the thin design of the smartphone. If you want to extend the battery life of the device you may want to consider the Xpal Powerskin for the One S. It contains a 1500mah battery implemented into a silicone case that will double your phone's run time.
The storage memory is built-in on the device. You do not have the ability to expand it with a microSD card like most devices. Therefore, HTC provides you with 23GB of additional storage space on Dropbox in addition to the 2GB you get free when signing up. Thus it gives you a total of 25GB of online storage that you can access anywhere.
With wifi, the phone's wifi antennas are located on a small removable panel at the top where you find the microSIM card slot. If you use wifi calling or are doing something with wifi, you must be wary of not blocking those antennas when holding the phone. Otherwise you'll experience delays, dropped calls, and other issues with wifi calling and problems with data-based applications.

Overall the phone is speedy and works quite well with T-Mobile's 4G network. I don't show anything with the camera but it does do qite well taking stills and 1080p HD video.
